The Laws of Victoria, Australia shall apply and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Victoria should any dispute arise. In these terms “we” and “our” refers to Buzzbee, being a business incorporated and registered in Victoria for Buzz Bee International ABN 36 136 637 655.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Buzzbee product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Buzzbee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Buzzbee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Buzzbee shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Buzzbee without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Buzzbee may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Buzzbee, Buzzbee has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Buzzbee. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Buzzbee) seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Shipping Charges
Unless order qualifies for free shipping (see below), the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping their items. All shipping charges are subject to change in the event of ordered items not meeting the selected shippers’ conditions. In the instance that shipping rate needs to be amended, Buzzbee will contact the customer within 5 working days to resolve outstanding shipping issues.
There may be additional charges for some heavy and bulky items to regional and country including Northern Territory (NT), Far North Queensland (FNQ), Northern Western Australia, offshore islands and international locations.
Free Shipping
Free over $245 or capped to $9.95 if under the free delivery threshold, in ALL of QLD*, NSW, ACT, VIC. Also, most Perth*, Adelaide, Hobart and Launceston suburbs are covered if within the main delivery areas. Areas outside this are at cost. Free and capped rates are not available for international deliveries.
Free Shipping Campaign
We will occasionally run a Free Shipping campaign - you can place a qualifying order with us and it will ship for free with no minimum purchase value.This offer only applies to orders delivered in ALL of QLD*, NSW, ACT, VIC. Also, most Perth*, Adelaide, Hobart and Launceston suburbs are covered if within the main delivery areas.
(*) Free Shipping Exclusions
At current orders exceeding 20kg, greater than 1.2 meters in length or containing treatments do not ship for free at present. Glass products including jars and some feeds including syrups at over 20kg, do not ship for free. In addition, products where indicated with exclusions stated in their descriptions are also excluded from free delivery. Buzzbee Free Shipping does not apply to Northern Territory (NT), Far North Queensland (FNQ), Northern Western Australia, offshore islands and international locations.
Product Reviews published on this website
All customer product reviews are subject to moderation by Buzzbee staff. Buzzbee reserves the right to publish, remove, edit, hide or disregard reviews without notice to the reviewer.
All customer reviews are very important to us. If you have had a negative experience with Buzzbee you are entitled to leave a review. However, we would ask that you contact us first in the hope that we can resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner and leave a review at the end of the process.
Reviews without any comment are unlikely to be published.
Reviews that reference on-going customer-company issues or conversations are unlikely to be published.
Reviews containing offensive language, off-topic content or personal details will not be published.
Order for Export
Quotes on orders for export include shipping, special packaging, and documentation at a customer’s request. Please call us for quotes. All shipments for export are subject to prepayment in Australian Dollars ($).
Damaged Freight
All merchandise is sent Ex Works. The freight carrier is responsible for complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition, it is your responsibility to contact us so that we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Special Orders
Special orders may require a deposit.
Order Discrepancies
Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days on any discrepancies.
Returned Merchandise
Please contact us if you need to return an item. We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Please contact us to arrange for delivery details within 7 days of receipt to request your closest return shipping address.
- Item must be in good condition.
- We may accept returns of unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase. You must arrange and pay for the items to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Original receipt is required.
- In most cases a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials.
In addition: Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned in the original box, with all packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned. You will receive a full refund (excluding Delivery charges, unless faulty). If your order had a free delivery option, Buzzbee reserve to right to charge for delivery, on return of unwanted items (unless Faulty).
Items rated "2nd" or "3rd" grade eg. "Langstroth Brood Box or Hive Kits, 2nd Grade" cannot be returned. These items are sold as seen - this includes sales via our website or face to face. Buyer assumes responsibility for these items.
Treatments: All chemcial treatments cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, MAQS 2 and 10 dose, Apiguard, Apiboxal, and Apilife Var.
Returns Postage
If the customer changers their mind upon receiving good they have 7 days to return the goods to us. Shipping for this return will be paid by the customer
Replacing Merchandise
When a situation occurs where Buzzbee is shipping another product to you as a replacement for damaged or incorrect product, there will be an additional charge for the new product sent and a credit applied at time of the return of the incorrect product.
Prices
Buzzbee will invoice all orders on the basis of prices in effect at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to change catalogue prices if we deem it necessary. Please feel free to confirm prices at any time. Buzzbee is not responsible for typographical errors. All prices include GST.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for any item. We make no warranty or representation, express or implied except all products conform to the description provided by the manufacturer on sales literature or product labels.
Gift Cards and checkout codes
Our checkout accepts discount codes and promotional codes. These include but are not limited to fixed price discounts, percentage discounts, "Buy X get Y" discounts, and free shipping discounts. If you have a discount code, you may use it during the checkout process on any qualifying order. Please check the codes individual terms and conditions for details, including any expiry date. Expired codes will not be replaced. Only one code may be used per checkout.
These terms and conditions apply to those promotions where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the offer.
- The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. Buzz Bee International reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time.
- Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
- Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items. Details are specified in the promotion.
- The promotional code does not apply to pre-orders, unless otherwise specified.
- The promotional code does not apply to gift voucher purchases.
- The promotional code does not apply to low margin products.
- The promotional code does not apply to products weighing in excess of 2kg unless otherwise specified.
- The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.
- If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, gift-wrap, shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
- The promotion applies only to orders shipped to the same address.
- The promotional code is not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
- If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.
- Only one promotional code can be used each time and therefore cannot be combined with other offers using promotional code.
- Limit one promotional code per customer.
- Buzz Bee International reserves the right to void the transactions where prohibited.
If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the promotional code discount will not apply.
