Save time, enjoy super-fast Click & Collect collection for FREE at our shop and warehouse when you pay online. Click and Collect gives you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order, without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. Plus, we'll hold your items for 30 days, so you can pick it up when convenient for you.

We'll email your confirmation after your order is placed with your Click and Collect order number. When you order is available to collect you will receive a Ready to Collect email. Bring your Ready to Collect email to the Buzzbee store/warehouse.

To use our Click and Collect service, simply select this option during the checkout at the delivery stage.

What is Click & Collect?

Click and Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and pick up your items from our Buzzbee warehouse or store at Bayswater North, VIC.

Why use Click & Collect?

Click and Collect is a convenient way to purchase from our wide range of over 600 products online and collect them from our Buzzbee warehouse or store.

What items can I order to Click & Collect?

Click and Collect is available for most items on the website. Eligible items will inform you if is applicable for Click and Collect under the Add to Cart button.

Is there a minimum spend for Click & Collect?

No. There is no restriction in the spend amount; you can order any items you wish.

How much does Click & Collect cost?

Click and Collect is a free service provided by Buzzbee Beekeeping.

How do I place a Click & Collect Order?

Once you have added items you wish to purchase, follow the steps to complete your order. In the Delivery step, you will be asked to select whether you would like your order 'Delivered' or 'FREE Click & Collect'. Select the 'FREE Click & Collect' option.

For your reference you will receive an order confirmation after your order has been completed.

When can I expect my Click & Collect order to be ready?

All items have an estimated collection time on the website and in your order confirmation emails, we will notify you via email or phone call as soon as your order is ready.

How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready for collection?

We will send you an email or phone you when your order is ready for collection at either our warehouse or bee yard collection area.

What if I can’t come to the store the day my order is ready?

We will happily hold your order for you in store until you are ready to collect it. Buzzbee will hold your order for 30 days after the goods have been marked as ready for collection.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

When picking up your order please bring valid photo identification and your 'Order Confirmation' with order number The name on the 'Order Confirmation' email must match the name on the photo identification.

Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?

Unless pre-arranged prior to arrival with Buzzbee for collecting your order, and for privacy and security reasons, only the person who placed the order will be able to collect the order. The name on the 'Order Confirmation' email must match the name on the photo identification.

Can I return my Click & Collect item?

Products purchased via Click and Collect are eligible for exchange, refund or repair. Simply take the product to our Buzzbee store. Learn more about the Buzzbee Returns Policy.

Terms and Conditions

After placing a Click and Collect order through our website, the order will not be automatically accepted, nor is it automatically available for collection. Only after an allocated team member has confirmed the stock is available for collection, will the order be accepted, and collection be allowed. A Ready to Collect email will be sent once these conditions are met.

Click and Collect is available from all Buzzbee Beekeeping owned stores. If your products are in stock we aim to have your order ready as soon as possible. Click and Collect may be unavailable during major sales events and promotions. In peak trading periods or where item/s in your order are not available and need to be sourced from another fulfilment location, this may result in delays in fulfilment. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, for example, extreme weather, a flood or fire, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to make your order available for collection within the estimated timeframe. Collection from Buzzbee can only be done during store/warehouse opening hours. Store opening hours can be found on our website Contact Us page.

Click and Collect orders cannot be modified or cancelled once your order has been confirmed. In this instance the order will be collected at the Buzzbee Warehouse and then standard returns policy applies. Your Click and Collect order will be held at the nominated store for 30 days, if you cannot collect your order within this period you must contact Buzzbee Beekeeping to arrange an extension. If your order is not collected within 30 days and no extension has been arranged, our customer care team will issue a refund using the same payment method. You will be notified after this has taken place. An administration fee may apply in the instance where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame.

When collecting your goods at the Buzzbee Store/Warehouse Click and Collect location, you are required to supply a copy of your Click and Collect Ready to Collect email with your unique order number (printed or on your mobile device). Orders over $250 will require photo ID for the goods to be released.

If you are not personally available to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative, please contact Buzzbee Beekeeping prior to collection to arrange this. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Click and Collect order confirmation email with your unique order number (printed or on their mobile device) and photo identification at the time of collection.

Click and Collect orders are not available for the purchase of gift cards, Queen Bees, NUC Colonies and non-stocked items or for the purchase of online exclusive products. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Click and Collect service at any time, without notice.
