At current orders exceeding 20kg, greater than 1.2 meters in length or containing treatments do not ship for free at present. Glass products including jars and some feeds including syrups at over 20kg, do not ship for free. In addition products where indicated with exclusions stated in their descriptions are also excluded from free delivery. Buzzbee Free Shipping does not apply to Northern Territory (NT), Far North Queensland (FNQ), Northern Western Australia, offshore islands and international locations.
Free over $245 or charged based on the weight and size if under the free delivery threshold, in ALL of QLD*, NSW, ACT, VIC. Also, most Perth*, Adelaide, Hobart and Launceston suburbs are covered if within the main delivery areas. Areas outside this are at cost.
Free and capped rates are not available
Unless order qualifies for free shipping of $245, the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping their items. All shipping charges are subject to change in the event of ordered items not meeting the selected shippers’ conditions. In the instance that shipping rate needs to be amended Buzzbee will contact the customer within 5 working days to resolve outstanding shipping issues.
There may be additional charges for some heavy and bulky items to regional and country including Northern Territory (NT), Far North Queensland (FNQ), Northern Western Australia, offshore islands and international locations.
If your order is in stock, we will start the delivery process within 0-2 days of your order being received (most within 1 working day). If part or all of your order is out of stock the order will be dispatched once all items are available. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.
In the extremely unusual event that a parcel is not received within 2 weeks, you must contact us within 25 days of order date so we can investigate. On some orders after 4 weeks the insurance with our freight companies is void so claims cannot be made after 4 weeks from order date.
