Buzzbee Beekeeping – Beekeeping Club Purchasing Guidelines
(Australia & New Zealand)
Buzzbee Beekeeping offers discounted pricing and special purchasing benefits to registered Beekeeping Clubs to support education, training, and member development. By applying for Club status, the Club (“Organisation”) agrees to the following guidelines.
1. Eligibility
To qualify, a Club must:
- Be a registered Beekeeping Club or incorporated society in Australia or New Zealand
- Provide committee contact details
- Use purchases for club activities, events, training, bulk buys, or member support
Buzzbee reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
2. Pricing & Discounts
- Clubs receive special pricing across selected product ranges
- Discounts vary by product type and order size
- Pricing is confidential and not for public promotion
- Member bulk-buys may be supported upon request
3. Ordering
- Orders may be placed by email, phone, or via an authorised club login
- A nominated club representative must approve all orders
- Some items may have minimum order quantities (MOQs)
4. Payment
- Standard terms: payment prior to dispatch
- Clubs may request credit terms (subject to assessment)
- Late payment may delay future orders
5. Freight & Delivery
- Freight costs apply unless otherwise arranged
- Clubs must provide suitable delivery instructions (meeting place, clubrooms, depot)
6. Product Use & Safety
- Products should be used for club education, training, events, or member sales
- Clubs must follow safety and legal requirements when handling treatments or chemicals
- Buzzbee safety guidelines and SDS sheets must be followed
7. Returns & Issues
- Unused/unopened items may be returned within 14 days
- Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours
8. Conduct & Fair Use
Club pricing may be suspended if:
- Products are resold commercially
- Club details are misused
- Orders are made on behalf of non-members without approval
- Payments are repeatedly late
9. Updates
Guidelines may be updated periodically; ongoing ordering constitutes acceptance.
