Terms & Conditions

1. The “Promoter” is Buzzbee International of 2/11 Nicole Close, Bayswater North, Victoria, 3135, Australia, (03) 91400 900.
2. To enter and win (“Competition”) users must fill all parts of the survey and then provide all contact details incorporating their Australian Mobile number and understand that their mobile number might be used for SMS marketing activities. In addition to provide their email address which may also be used for marketing activities including contacting the winner.
   Entry to the Competition is free. Verification of the mobile number might be required to validate and ownership of the phone number.
3. Unsubscribing from the email and/or SMS will remove you from the selected draw.
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents of an age 18 years and older. Owners, Management, Staff, Suppliers and their immediate familiars are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouses, defacto spouses, parents, natural or adopted children or siblings and stepchildren.
5. This survey competition begins at 00.00am (AEST) on the 23rd May 2025 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on the 30th June 2025. (“Competition Period”).
6. Any Entrants who enters using multiple SMS numbers or email addresses and/or aliases, or otherwise contravenes these Conditions of Entry, may be disqualified. You may be required to provide Proof Of Identity if selected as a winner to ensure you meet these Conditions.
7. For any reason if an Entry is found to be ineligible or trying to circumvent these Terms Buzzbee Beekeeping (Buzzbee International) reserves the right to redraw a new winner. Reasons may include but not limited to false information, duplicate profiles, entering on behalf of others or any other irregularities.
8. This draw will take place from the Buzzbee International offices as specified in Clause 1. The decided winner will take place within 5 days of closing the competition. Assigned will be a skilled participant. The Competition is a game of skill where the deemed winner will have provided the best response to the specified skill required as deemed by the assessment staff of Buzzbee International.
9. The Prize Winner must have, or create for free an online account at www.buzzbee.com.au. The prize will be sent to the email address registered against this account. 
10. The Prize Winner will be contacted via Email within two (2) days of draw. Winner will have 7-days to confirm their details and claim their prize. Phone calls or social media messages confirming their email will not be accepted.
11. Buzzbee International will provide the Prize Winner with the specified prize being a box of 6 x 2kg packs of Fondant; as based on the competition. Free shipping with in Australia will be provided for the product.
12. The prize is non-transferrable and may not be redeemed as cash. In addition the prize can not be redeemed against a gift voucher.
13. Within 7 days of Prize Winner confirming their prize, their First Name and Surname Initial and their State may be published on the Buzzbee Newsletter and Social-media Channels.
14. Each Entry will be eligible to win one (1) prize over a 12-month period. By any chance if an Entry is selected over multiple future competitions, a redraw will take place to select a new winner.
15. If for any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running by any reason including technical difficulties, computer glitches, communication & network issues, fraud or unauthorised intervention, The Promoter has the right to postpone or cancel the Draw.
16. Entry details will only be collected and retained by “The Promoter” for the purposes of receiving periodic Marketing campaign purposes including SMS, Emails,  Newsletters & Prize Draws. Buzzbee International will not share your details with 3rd Party Marketing Agencies.
