Due to the remote locations the following location will need to have their order sent earlier for the best chance of arrival in time for Christmas.
Due to changes in third-party ferry scheduling, Parcel Post services to Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Christmas Island will now require the use of Express Post in order for any items to arrive by Christmas. Please refer to the last sending dates for these services to ensure timely delivery.

Deliveries
Some destinations may experience 1-2 day delay and Direct Freight's usual ETA schedule may not be maintained. Impacted destinations include Far North Qld, NT, WA, Tasmania and regional areas not serviced by Direct Freight Express (DFE) directly. This applies to shipments from all origin ports.
Direct Freight Express will be closed on the following public holidays:
