Buzzbee Honey Extractor 2 Frame Manual Stainless Steel

Stainless steel 2 frame manual centrifugal honey extractor. This manual honey extractor is designed to hold up to 2 frames and is simple to use.
The honey extractor comes with a plastic lid and crank handle on the side.
The extractor is made from food grade stainless steel and is a very durable extractor for the hobbyist or enthusiast apiarist bee keeper.
This contains 2 clear perspex lids allow easy inspection of the extraction process as you are harvesting the honey. On top is a crank handle allowing easy access to spin the frames round in the extractor.

Features:

Made with sealed bearings & premium steel gears providing a quiet and smooth spin.
The bottom of the extractor drum is conical shaped and raised, aiding for the guided flow of honey to the honey tap. The bottom bearing on the spinning extractor is raised, helping keep it out of the extracted honey.
The frame basket fits most standard frames (deep, medium and shallow).
Two clear removable perspex lids for easy viewing whilst spinning.

Loading the Honey Frames

Operating the Manual Extractor
To extract the honey, turn the crank handle slowly at first, gradually increasing speed as the honey begins to flow out. Maintain a consistent, smooth motion to avoid damaging the honeycomb. After spinning in one direction, you may need to reverse the frames and repeat the process to extract honey from both sides. Once complete, remove the frames, and clean the extractor thoroughly for the next use.
