Buzzbee Electric 24 Frame Honey Extractor

Stainless steel 24 frame electric radial configured centrifugal honey extractor. This easy to use honey extractor is designed to hold up to 24 frames within the radial cage.

For the commercial beekeeper, this honey extractor comes with stainless-steel lids and electric bevel gear drive system on top.

The extractor barrel is made from food grade 201 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel for the rotating inner basket that holds the frames. This ensures the honey extractor very durable for the professional/commercial apiarist beekeeper.

This lids with attached handles, allows easy inspection of the extraction process whilst harvesting the honey. On top is the electric control unit with emergency switch; which allows easy operation of the extractor.

Features:

Made with sealed bearings & premium steel gears providing a quiet and smooth spin.
The bottom of the extractor drum is conical shaped and raised, aiding and guiding the flow of honey to the honey tap.
The bottom bearing on the spinning extractor cage is raised, helping keep it out of the extracted honey.
The frame basket fits most standard frames (deep, medium and shallow).
Two inspection lids for easy viewing whilst spinning.
High grade stainless steel design with 201 stainless steel barrel and 304 stainless steel inner basket.
Stainless Steel tap/honey gate which is pre-assembled to ensure a no-leak and strong fix.
Crossbeam is strengthened to provide extra stability.

Preparation Guide - Electric Honey Extractor

Before using an electric honey extractor, ensure it's clean and free from any debris or leftover honey. Assemble the extractor according to the manufacturer’s instructions, making sure all parts are securely attached. Place the extractor on a stable surface, ensuring it is level to prevent any imbalance during operation.

Loading the Frames
Carefully uncap the honey frames using a hot knife or uncapping fork to remove the wax caps covering the honey. Place the uncapped frames into the extractor, making sure they are evenly distributed to maintain balance. Overloading one side can cause the extractor to wobble or become unstable during use.

Operating the Extractor
Once the frames are loaded, slowly increase the speed of the extractor to spin the frames and extract the honey. Start at a low speed to avoid damaging the combs, then gradually increase as the honey flows out. Monitor the process to ensure smooth operation, and once extraction is complete, turn off the machine, remove the frames, and clean the extractor thoroughly for future use.
