All good, arrived on time and easy assembly, exactly what I ordered. Tried it with 6 frames, moderate success, some honey was carried over winter and had crystallised, the wax here broke after a while. The fresh frames extracted perfectly.

Easy to use- Can use Extractor with 6 - 3 - 4 or 2 frames at a time depending on how many frames you have to extract. GREAT PRODUCT.

Extractor is fantastic, don’t need to turn frame around to extract honey just swap directions. Awesome product very happy 😃

Good extractor

This is a robust and easy to use extractor. It does a great job extracting honey from frames. The positioning of the honey gate maximises the flow of honey out of the bottom of the unit.

It is easy to take apart for cleaning and maintenance when needed.

The only minor issue I have had with it is the legs do not lock onto the unit at the bottom of the extractor, so it wobbles a little. This was easily resolved by adding some packing between the bottom of the extractor and the legs to dampen the wobble.

I added a sturdy wooden base on caster wheels to help move the extractor around the honey shed. The extra height helped to fit the bucket and bucket-top filter screen, and the wooden base added rigidity to the leg assembly.

So far I've extracted several hundred kgs of honey with no problems at all.

Preparation Guide - Electric Honey Extractor

Before using an electric honey extractor, ensure it's clean and free from any debris or leftover honey. Assemble the extractor according to the manufacturer’s instructions, making sure all parts are securely attached. Place the extractor on a stable surface, ensuring it is level to prevent any imbalance during operation.

Loading the Frames
Carefully uncap the honey frames using a hot knife or uncapping fork to remove the wax caps covering the honey. Place the uncapped frames into the extractor, making sure they are evenly distributed to maintain balance. Overloading one side can cause the extractor to wobble or become unstable during use.

Operating the Extractor
Once the frames are loaded, slowly increase the speed of the extractor to spin the frames and extract the honey. Start at a low speed to avoid damaging the combs, then gradually increase as the honey flows out. Monitor the process to ensure smooth operation, and once extraction is complete, turn off the machine, remove the frames, and clean the extractor thoroughly for future use.
